What will you do?

• Depending on your knowledge and experience, we aim for you to eventually be able to run your own line and start up independently. Then you will become Operator 1;
• During the induction programme, you get to know the various colleagues, raw materials and machines well, so that you are well prepared;
• To continue your development, you will be given the opportunity to get to know and operate other lines as well;
• Solving minor malfunctions;
• If you are able to run and start up several lines, you will progress to Operator 2;
• Eventually, when you have mastered all processes, you will fulfil the role of cooperating foreman.

What will you bring?

• Experience in the food sector as an operator;
• Available 16 - 38 hours;
• Willing to work 3-shifts as well;
• Knowledge of HACCP;
• Speaking the Dutch, English or German language; 
• Flexibility from Monday to Sunday;
• Strong team player and willing to attend training courses.
