We are looking for a motivated part-time or full-time Facilities Assistant for our client in Panningen. You will ensure that the working environment and facilities remain clean, hygienic and well-maintained. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues will be able to work in a pleasant, safe and clean environment every day.

What do we offer?

•  A gross hourly wage of €17.17 excluding allowances;
• A part-time or full-time role of 24 to 40 hours per week;
• Working hours from 06:00 to 14:00;
• Working on two Saturdays once every four weeks;
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;

What will you be doing?

As a Facilities Assistant, you will ensure that various areas within the organisation are clean, hygienic and well-maintained. You will work meticulously and adhere to the applicable health and safety regulations.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms;
• Cleaning offices, desks and communal areas;
• Keeping the canteen clean;
• Wiping down and cleaning tables, chairs and kitchen equipment;
• Cleaning and refilling coffee machines;
• Restocking cleaning products and paper supplies;
• Reporting any faults or malfunctions in the workplace;
• Ensuring that cleaning equipment is used and maintained correctly;
• Complying with applicable health and safety regulations;
• Contributing to a clean, safe and pleasant working environment.

What do you bring to the role?

• You have an MBO level of working and thinking;
• You speak Dutch, English or German;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
• You consider it important to work in a clean and hygienic manner;
• You are reliable and honour your commitments;
• You can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks;
• You are willing to work in accordance with the applicable hygiene regulations;
• Due to hygiene requirements, you must not wear jewellery, piercings, false nails or nail varnish whilst at work;
• Experience as a cleaner or facilities assistant is an advantage, but not a requirement;
• You will have the opportunity to receive in-house training.
