What will you do?

As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for supervising and supporting the production team on a daily basis. You ensure that production runs according to schedule and that quality, safety and production targets are achieved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and supporting the production team;
• Organizing and monitoring daily production activities;
• Ensuring production targets are achieved;
• Monitoring product quality and production processes;
• Coaching and supporting employees in their daily activities;
• Identifying and solving problems during the production process;
• Ensuring safety and hygiene procedures are followed;
• Maintaining good communication with colleagues and other departments;
• Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process;
• Monitoring the performance and progress of the team.

What will you bring?

• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within production;
• Experience in the food industry is a plus;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• A hands-on and proactive attitude;
• The ability to motivate and coach employees;
• A structured and results-oriented approach;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic production environment;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level);
• Polish is required;
• Dutch is a plus.
