About the role:
As Project Lead Learning & Development, you are responsible for designing, leading and delivering impactful learning solutions aligned with strategic goals. You work with international stakeholders across five regions and coordinate development teams to deliver results that make a real difference.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead international learning projects from intake to delivery
• Translate business objectives into effective learning interventions
• Manage project resources and development teams
• Handle stakeholder management across departments and regions
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Report on progress, risks, and impact
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of international project experience (must have)
• Experience in Learning & Development or instructional design
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus
