What will you do?

• Support global sourcing initiatives and implement them on local level in line with category strategies;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of (sub-)category strategies;
• Prepare and execute tenders and participate in supplier negotiations;
• Develop cost models and identify cost reduction opportunities;
• Advise internal stakeholders on sourcing strategies and demand optimization;
• Manage supplier integration within projects and support procurement project goals;
• Monitor and improve supplier performance on quality, logistics, technology and cost;
• Ensure alignment with procurement operations and supplier quality requirements;
• Document sourcing initiatives and achieved savings in collaboration with reporting teams.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
• Several years of experience in strategic procurement;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments;
• Knowledge of SAP R3 is a plus;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• A proactive, structured and result-driven mindset.
