What You’ll Do

As the Breakfast Chef, you set the tone for the day. You’ll prepare and present a high-quality, diverse breakfast buffet that looks just as good as it tastes. From freshly baked pastries and perfectly cooked eggs to vibrant smoothies and creative morning specials — you bring breakfast to life.

Your responsibilities include:

Preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes
Keeping the buffet fully stocked and beautifully presented
Cooking made-to-order dishes with speed and skill
Ensuring the kitchen stays clean, organised and fully compliant with hygiene standards
Working closely with the service and kitchen team to guarantee smooth, friendly morning operations

Thanks to your craftsmanship, guests leave the restaurant energized, satisfied, and ready for the day.

What You Bring

Kitchen experience (at least 2 years)
A natural morning person with energy and enthusiasm from the moment your shift starts
A tidy, organised working style with strong attention to detail
A guest-focused mindset and genuine passion for making people happy with great food
Dutch and/or English proficiency
