On paper, your job is called ‘operator production 3’, but we prefer to call it ‘cooperating foreman’. Because that is exactly what you do: on the one hand, you actively participate in the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly, and on the other hand, you are the first point of contact for your team and for the managers. You are the link that ensures that the team performs optimally, that processes improve and that the atmosphere on the shop floor remains good at the company in Panningen!

What will you do?

• Together with a team of some 15 colleagues, you ensure that during your shift all our delicious products are produced smoothly and according to quality standards;
• Under your direction, the operators work on the production lines. You have the technical knowledge to identify bottlenecks quickly and know exactly how to support your colleagues in case of complications or breakdowns;
• Together with a colleague operator 3, you are responsible for the production process, working within the applicable guidelines and procedures;
• You ensure timely and correct recording of all product data;
• You identify deviations from standards, report them according to protocol and ensure prompt and appropriate action.
