Are you a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and fluent in English? Then we are looking for you!

As a Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for our international customers. You ensure fast and accurate processing of orders in our systems and answer questions about deliveries. You handle incoming emails and manage everything related to the order process for business clients.
In addition, you are responsible for relationship management, preparing quotations, booking orders, and acting as the link between key clients and the organization. You will have frequent contact with the administration, finance department, and the internal warehouse.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a positive and professional attitude, both on the phone and via email
• You enjoy helping customers, even when handling multiple tasks at the same time
• You are able to prepare quotations
• You have experience with order management
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but personality, motivation, and communication skills are most important
• You are fluent in English

• Salary: €29,00 – €3,200 gross per month
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Hybride work one day at home
