Customer Care Representative (Czech & English) Fulltime
Are you customer-focused, communicative, and fluent in Czech and English? Then we are looking for you!
What you’ll do:

Be the main contact for international clients regarding orders

Process orders quickly and accurately in our systems

Answer questions about deliveries and handle incoming emails

Create quotations and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (finance, administration, warehouse)
What we offer:

Salary: €3,000 – €3,200 gross per month

Full-time (40 hours/week)

1 day working from home
