We are looking for a service-minded and attentive Spa Support Associate to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of a premium wellness environment in a 5 star hotel in Amsterdam. In this role, you contribute to a serene and comfortable guest experience by ensuring that all spa facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and care.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide clear guidance on spa facilities and etiquette

• Ensure treatment rooms, changing areas, relaxation spaces, and wellness zones remain clean, tidy, and inviting

• Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after use, including linens and amenities

• Keep towels, robes, and guest supplies replenished throughout the day

• Offer operational support to therapists and front-of-house colleagues when required

• Observe guest areas to maintain comfort, safety, and a calm atmosphere

• Follow all applicable hygiene, safety, and wellness protocols

Profile

• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or a service-focused environment is a plus

• Naturally courteous, composed, and guest-oriented

• Strong eye for detail and a high standard of cleanliness

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Physically capable of standing for longer periods and handling light physical tasks

• Familiarity with spa or wellness operations is an advantage, but not essential
