About the Position

As a Houseman, you play an essential role in the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You ensure that public areas and service spaces remain clean and well-stocked while supporting your colleagues with supplies, guest requests, and operational tasks. Your efforts help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for both guests and the team.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public areas and staff areas
Deliver linen, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to guest floors
Keep housekeeping storage rooms and pantries clean, organized, and fully stocked
Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and extra guest amenities when required
Respond efficiently to requests from colleagues and guests
Report technical issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning services, or a similar role is preferred
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks throughout the day
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Good communication skills in English
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Eye for detail and commitment to quality
