Inside Sales Representative (Native level British English) — 100% Remote

We're looking for you! We are currently seeking a native English-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join the European Inside Sales team of an international market leader based in the Venlo region. This is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from home while making a real impact across the UK and Irish markets.

The Job

As part of our European Inside Sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability. You'll use your commercial acumen and product expertise to build compelling value propositions for customers in the UK and Ireland. We're looking for a dynamic, native English-speaking professional who's ready to take the next step in their Inside Sales career.

Your responsibilities:

• Build in-depth product and application knowledge to solve customer challenges and spot new opportunities
• Develop a portfolio strategy that drives long-term, sustainable growth
• Translate strategy into focused, efficient daily activity
• Identify and nurture opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
• Use CRM and Power BI data to analyze your portfolio and drive proactive customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and colleagues across Europe
• Stay ahead of evolving regulations, products, and services to keep our offering relevant

What we're looking for?

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level (through education or equivalent work experience)
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or a technical environment
• Strong organizational skills, with experience in time and territory planning
• Comfortable working toward targets in a commercially driven environment
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with record keeping and report writing
• Native-level British English is a must , you'll be working closely with customers across the UK and Ireland
