What will you do?
You start the shift by ensuring all production lines are running smoothly. Reviewing the previous day’s performance, you identify areas for improvement, such as time lost during changeovers, and implement corrective actions with Operators and the Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
During lunch, you might enjoy a meal and connect with colleagues over a quick table tennis match. Afternoon tasks may include one-on-one coaching sessions with Line Leaders, planning their development steps, and reviewing the upcoming production schedule. You finish the shift by documenting important updates for other departments to ensure smooth operations the next day.
- Lead, coach, and develop Line Leaders, Operators, and Production Workers;
- Monitor and manage production schedules to meet daily targets;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the shop floor;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Scrum);
- Implement and maintain 5S standards in the packing department;
- Lead daily production meetings and facilitate clear communication between production and office teams;
- Report technical deviations and collaborate closely with Technical Services;
- Maintain high-quality standards for both products and raw materials;
- Work across two shifts, monitoring production processes and team performance.
What will you bring
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach;
- Experienced in managing production teams, preferably in the food industry;
- Strong coaching, training, and management skills;
- Committed to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement;
- Collaborative, working effectively with departments such as Technical Services, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, and Production Planning;
- Fluent in English (B1) and Polish; Dutch is a plus.
