What do we offer you?

• Gross hourly wage of €15.97
• Pay rise to €16.47 per hour following the takeover, on a fixed-term contract
• Opportunity for advancement to €18.50 per hour with long-term employment
• Work hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Overtime pay at 125%
• Saturday premium at 150%
• Sunday premium at 180%
• Opportunity for a contract with the client after 6 months
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• One-hour daily break, 30 minutes of which are paid
• Two weeks of vacation in August

What will you be doing?

• Performing production tasks for medical semi-finished and finished products
• Operating machines and tools according to established procedures
• Inspecting products for quality and compliance with specifications
• Ensuring a clean and organized workplace
• Identifying deviations and potential areas for improvement
• Working in accordance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines
• Contributing to an efficient and smooth production process

What do we require from you?

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience with detailed or precision work
• Knowledge of procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements within production processes
• Understanding of hygiene and quality regulation;
• Experience with measuring instruments and setting up production processes is a plus
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail
• You’re a true team player and enjoy contributing ideas for improvements
• Proficiency in Dutch or very good English
