What will you do?

As a production employee, you will perform standardised tasks for semi-finished and finished products in the medical sector. You will operate machines and tools in accordance with procedures, ensure a tidy workplace and identify areas for improvement. You will master routine production steps and understand how malfunctions affect product quality.

What will you bring

• 1-2 years of work experience with precision work;
• Knowledge of regulations, documents, specifications and procedures within your own processes;
• Understanding of hygiene rules and quality requirements;
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and production process adjustment methods;
• Team player, accurate and proactive in suggesting improvements;
• Very good in English;
• Willingness to work according to our specific working hours and bonus scheme.
