We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Logistics & Dispatch for a leading family-owned food company in the Eindhoven area.

This is a permanent role where you’ll lead a team of 20–30 people and keep daily logistics operations running smoothly in a dynamic 2-shift environment.

You’ll be working in a temperature-controlled (cold) environment, supported by the right equipment and a well-structured operation.

Your role

• Lead and motivate a team of 20–30 employees
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch operations
• Ensure smooth flow from inbound to outbound
• Maintain safety standards and HACCP compliance
• Be present on the floor and drive improvements

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading and coaching a team in an operational environment
• Background in logistics, food, or production environment
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Someone who can stay calm and keep overview in a busy environment
• Hands-on leader who takes ownership
