What we offer?

• Gross hourly wage between €18.44 and €23.82.
• Good terms of employment in accordance with the collective labor agreement for the Fruit & Vegetable Wholesale sector;
• The work is from Monday to Friday (every other week on Saturday for morning shifts), in two shifts: Morning: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Afternoon/evening: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

What are you going to do?

• Leiden Leading, coaching, and motivating the technical team;
• Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Ensuring optimal technical availability and safety of installations;
• Managing external technicians and inspection agencies;
• Performing inspections, tests, and calibrations;
• Managing maintenance systems and technical documentation;
• Analyzing malfunctions and initiating improvements;
• Ensuring safety and quality standards within the team.

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, with a technical background;
• Demonstrable experience as a manager within a technical or production environment;
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and experience with technical installations;
• Proficient with planning and registration software;
• Strong communication skills and good at working in a team;
• Good command of spoken and written English. Command of the
• Polish and/or Dutch language is an advantage;
• Quality-conscious, results-oriented, and proactive;
• Good at organizing and solving problems.
