What will you do?

You will be joining a family-owned company with nearly a century of transport experience, specialized in refrigerated and groupage transport within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. As a Transport Planner Import, you act as an essential link in the planning department, ensuring that transport assignments—for both long-term and new customers—are scheduled smoothly and efficiently. You are attentive to details and can easily switch between various transport tasks. In addition, you maintain clear communication with drivers and customers and handle administrative tasks accurately.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Receiving transport orders from both long-term and new customers and processing them in the TMS system;

• Creating the daily planning and efficiently allocating drivers;

• Instructing drivers and guiding them during their routes;

• Ensuring the administration of transport assignments is accurate and up to date.
